Sharon Richard's passion for education stems from years spent in the classroom, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact educators have on children's lives. Today, she channels that passion into empowering both future and current teachers. As a college professor, she shapes the next generation of educators, and as a national trainer, she equips teachers with powerful classroom management techniques.

Sharon's "My Favorite Five" classroom management strategies, Remain Calm, Diffusers, Refocus, Unconditional Positive Regard, and Teach-To's, offer educators immediate, effective solutions for creating a positive and productive learning environment. The Teach-To's, in particular, provide structured lesson plans for teaching students vital behavioral management skills.

Her career has consistently centered on helping people gain knowledge that improves their lives: teaching future educators at the college level, serving as Director of Curriculum and Instruction, working as a master teacher, and founding both TES AAA and the Teaching Empowering Strengthening NFP. Her newest venture, Sharon's Financial Coaching Services, LLC, extends that same purpose to helping individuals and families take control of their finances.

Outside of her professional life, Sharon is a vibrant individual who embraces joy and connection. She treasures moments traveling with her husband, creating adventures with her grandchildren, and sharing laughter with her five children. You might also find her reliving childhood joys with her 40+ Double Dutch Group, where she enthusiastically participates in double Dutch, hopscotch, and hula hooping.
